This is less about novelty and more about where AI sits in the product architecture.

The implication is that distribution and evaluation now matter as much as raw model capability. Teams that can combine trustworthy agent behavior with clear economics are gaining leverage, while generic wrappers and undifferentiated access are becoming harder to defend.
