For enterprise AI tools, Anthropic leads in growth rate, while Microsoft 365 has the most accounts. Okta releases survey results

Okta analyzed anonymized access data from more than 20,000 companies to track enterprise AI tool usage.

From June 2022 to June 2026, Anthropic led enterprise account net growth, followed by OpenAI, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Cursor.

Microsoft 365 ranked first in total enterprise accounts, while Google Workspace is closing the gap.

The study found that about 57% of companies were using two or more AI platforms at the same time.
