Earth Alliance’s CS Refund Auto-Response Agent System Built in Two Weeks with Strands SDK and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore | Amazon Web Services

At AWS DEVCRAFT 2026, EarthAlliance built a refund-response agent for Channeltalk using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and the Strands Agents SDK.

The serverless workflow handled message intake, 2-minute debouncing, context merging, intent classification, data lookup, and draft reply generation.

Because refunds are sensitive, the system used AgentCore Memory, Bedrock Guardrails, Knowledge Base, and evaluation tools to improve accuracy and safety.

Instead of auto-sending replies, the agent delivered drafts to CS staff for review before sending.
