Intel Reportedly Prepares Nova Lake CPUs With 8 E-Cores & 12 Xe3P Cores For Edge Segment

Intel is rumored to be developing an edge-focused Nova Lake chip built entirely around 8 Arctic Wolf E-cores and 12 Xe3P iGPU cores.

The part is expected to use a BGA package and appears aimed at embedded and edge systems that need integrated graphics without P-cores.

The report also says Intel may extend Nova Lake plans to entry-level Xeon products as part of a broader family lineup.

A teaser could arrive at Computex, with a launch for the Nova Lake family later this year.
