Apple launches new M6 and M5 Ultra Apple silicon chips — debuting in new Mac Mini and Mac Studio

Apple unveiled the 2-nanometer M6 and M5 Ultra chips alongside new Mac Mini and Mac Studio models.

The chips significantly boost CPU, GPU, memory bandwidth, and on-device AI performance, with support for UltraFusion, Thunderbolt 5, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 6.

The new desktops are available to preorder now and ship September 22, with higher capabilities also bringing higher prices.
