ServiceNow makes its entire portfolio AI-native for every customer

ServiceNow said its entire portfolio is now AI-native, with AI, data connectivity, workflow automation, security, and governance included by default and separate AI licenses removed.

The company introduced Context Engine to give AI real-time business context, plus new SDK and Build Agent capabilities for deployment from external IDEs and ServiceNow Studio.

ServiceNow also unveiled a new tiered packaging model and ESM Foundation for midsize customers, aiming to simplify adoption across enterprise and midmarket buyers.

Some features are broadly available now, while others are in preview or will roll out later.
