Brotherwise Games explores new worlds outside of Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere

Brotherwise Games is expanding beyond the Cosmere RPG by opening its Plotweaver rules as a reusable tabletop system.

The first public test is an open alpha for the fantasy setting Erstwild on Aug. 5, with more settings planned for this fall and an open beta next year.

Twogether Studios will use Plotweaver for Infinite, and Earthborn Games is adapting Earthborne Rangers with the system.

Brotherwise will also run a setting contest, signaling a push toward third-party worlds and new official releases.
