AMD Ryzen AI PRO 400 & Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D 3D V-Cache CPUs Are Arriving In Q3 2026

AMD announced the Ryzen AI PRO 400 desktop lineup, bringing Zen 5 CPUs, select RDNA 3.5 graphics, and XDNA 2 NPUs to AM5 systems.

It also introduced the Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D, AMD’s first PRO processor with 3D V-Cache.

The new chips are aimed at enterprise and commercial desktops, with Copilot+ PC support on select models.

Initial availability will be limited to OEM partners like Dell, HP, and Lenovo, with commercial rollout expected in Q3 2026.
