Disney Lorcana just revealed its answer to Magic’s Commander format

Disney Lorcana has unveiled a new multiplayer format called Format Coconut.

Inspired by Magic: The Gathering’s Commander, it features larger decks, singleton construction, and a higher win threshold.

Instead of commanders, players choose from 18 beta cards, each granted a special format-specific ability.

The mode is meant to deepen casual group play and open up new deck-building and collecting opportunities.
