Forza Horizon 6's Estate is overrun with pointless XP and Skill Point farms

Forza Horizon 6 players are filling the new Estate creator with XP and Skill Point farms.

XP farms are especially pointless because Estate XP props do not actually award XP.

Skill Point farms can still function, but the rewards mostly cycle back into more Skill Points.

The result is a progression loop that encourages grinding for rewards with little real gameplay value.
