ServiceNow announced new AI governance features at Knowledge 2026, aiming to give enterprises stronger oversight of AI agents and app development.

The company also made its low-code app management tool free for customers, expanding access to its platform.

ServiceNow added integrations with tools like Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Figma, GitHub, and Miro so developers can keep using their preferred workflows.

Its message: support any AI coding tool developers choose, while layering in enterprise controls, security guardrails, and governance to limit sprawl and shadow AI.
