AMD's EPYC Steamrolls the Server Market With Record 46.2% Revenue Share, Now Commands 30% of the Entire CPU Segment

AMD hit a record 46.2% server CPU revenue share in Q1 2026, according to Mercury Research, while total CPU revenue share rose to 38.1%.

The company also reached 30% total CPU unit share, with gains in server, desktop, and mobile segments.

EPYC continued to drive AMD’s momentum in data centers, strengthening its position against Intel.

The share gains underscore AMD’s expanding role in AI and server growth, supported by its broader CPU roadmap.
