Tom’s Hardware tested the feature in six games on an RX 9070 XT and saw up to 95% faster load times.

The benchmark also showed up to 33% better 1% low FPS, suggesting less shader stutter and smoother gameplay.

If broadly adopted, the system could remove a major PC gaming pain point without requiring on-device shader compilation.
