Building an Amazon Connect Customer AI Agent with 1 Hour of Conversation [AICC Builder Series #1] | Amazon Web Services

AWS introduced AICC Builder, an open-source sample web app for rapidly creating Amazon Connect customer AI agent PoCs.

A roughly one-hour interview, plus optional website or document inputs, generates six deployment assets for the agent.

The output includes Lambda functions, OpenAPI specs, prompts, contact flow, infrastructure code, and FAQ or knowledge files.

The post also outlines the agent flow and speech/STT options, using a retail support example called AnyCompany.
