Lockheed Martin has unveiled the reusable ground-launched Morfius X-Rotor counter-drone platform.

It uses high-power microwave (HPM) energy to disable hostile drone swarms and is claimed to neutralize up to 50 drones in a single mission.

The system is designed to work without explosives or dedicated radar, potentially reducing cost and collateral damage.

It could become a reusable, low-cost option for defeating large drone swarms in electronic-warfare-heavy environments.
