AMD Ryzen 7 price drops on 9800X3D and 9850X3D are making these flagship gaming CPUs affordable at last

AMD’s Ryzen 7 9850X3D and 9800X3D have dropped to near-record retail prices.

The 9850X3D is down about 8% from launch, while the 9800X3D is down about 12%.

AMD has not changed MSRP; the cuts are coming from retailer discounts, including Amazon.

The lower prices make AMD’s top gaming CPUs more attractive for high-FPS buyers and AM5 upgraders.
