Minecraft Movie 2 Reveals Full Title and Confirms Kirsten Dunst as Alex with Matt Berry Back as Someone New

Warner Bros. and Mojang have unveiled the sequel’s full title: Minecraft Movie Squared.

The film is set to open in theaters on July 23, 2027.

Kirsten Dunst will play Alex, while Matt Berry is returning in a different role.

Jack Black, Jason Momoa, Danielle Brooks, and Jennifer Coolidge are also back, with Jared Hess directing.
