Splatoon Raiders’ Limited Fashion Options Are Really Disappointing

A preview of Splatoon Raiders says the game has about 40 one-piece outfits and 14 hairstyles, but no real mix-and-match clothing system.

That makes its customization far more limited than Splatoon 3, which offered much broader fashion variety.

The critique argues the remote-islands setting does not explain away the reduced options, especially in a loot-driven game where rewards should feel exciting.

Because self-expression is a big part of Splatoon’s appeal, the smaller cosmetic pool could disappoint players.
