Acer and Qualcomm take on MacBook Neo with first Snapdragon C laptop – Aspire Go 15 delivers 512GB SSD and 8GB of RAM at ‘entry-tier price’

Acer launched the Aspire Go 15, its first laptop with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon C platform.

The entry-level Windows 11 Home model starts at $300 and comes with 8GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Acer also introduced the Swift Spin 14 AI, a premium convertible with Snapdragon X2 Elite or X2 Plus chips.

The higher-end model offers up to 80 TOPS of local AI performance, 32GB RAM, and 1TB storage.

The move expands Qualcomm-powered Windows laptops into the low-cost segment and adds pressure on Apple and Intel-based PCs.
