Cooler Master is bringing active cooling to DDR5 RAM, promising up to 15-degree temperature drops — 'MasterDIMM' combines G.SKILL memory with a built-in fan, kits run up to 128GB

Cooler Master and G.Skill unveiled MasterDIMM, an actively cooled DDR5 memory kit with a built-in fan and large heatsink.

The companies claim it can cut RAM temperatures by up to 15°C, improving stability for high-end desktop builds.

The lineup supports up to 6,000 MT/s with AMD EXPO or 8,400 MT/s with Intel XMP 3.0, and scales to 128GB.

MasterDIMM will be shown at Computex 2026, with pricing and availability still unknown.
