AMD announced a new processor model, aMD announced the Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 Dual Edition.

Processor design the processor contains two dies and one shared I/O die, the chip uses two compute dies plus a single shared I/O die.

Cache configuration the dies share 208MB of cache, the two dies share 208MB of combined cache including shared L2 and per-die L3 and 3D V-Cache.

Compute die each compute die includes specific L2, L3, and 3D V-Cache amounts, each die has 16MB of shared L2, 32MB of L3, and 64MB of 3D V-Cache per die.

Clock speed the processor’s peak clock is 5.6 GHz, peak clock speed is 5.6 GHz, lower than the predecessor.
