Enthusiast installs Win 3.1X on bare-metal Ryzen 9 9900X and RTX 5060 Ti using floppy drive

An enthusiast installed and booted Windows 3.1X on a Ryzen 9 9900X PC with an RTX 5060 Ti using original 3.5‑inch floppies.

An Asus motherboard with its Compatibility Support Module enabled allowed legacy booting and a Windows 95 floppy made the FAT16 boot partition.

The installer crashed in Enhanced Mode but running Windows 3.1X in Standard Mode worked, then VBESVGA and AHCIFIX.386 drivers enabled Full HD graphics and the Ensoniq ES1370 audio card.

The project used GitHub drivers and simple System.ini edits to get modern hardware functionality from a 1992 OS.
