Meccha Chameleon’s Steam Workshop community maps were found to contain malware, including one that used hidden scripts to download malicious files.

The developers say the issue was patched in version 3.1.0.

The game’s official Discord server was also compromised after an attacker bypassed two-factor authentication and locked out staff.
