Premium Nvidia RTX 50-series cards are getting much more expensive at major US retailers.

Best Buy lists the Asus ROG Astral RTX 5080 at $2,099.99, while Amazon shows RTX 5090 custom cards around $4,300.

More mainstream RTX 5080 models are still closer to MSRP, but they remain above launch pricing.

Weak supply, higher memory costs, and less incentive for board partners to hold MSRP suggest prices may stay elevated.
