Microsoft Increases Prices Of Xbox Series Consoles By Upwards Of $230 In UK And Europe

Microsoft raised Xbox Series S and Series X retail prices in the UK and Europe starting August 1.

The biggest increase hit the 1TB disc-drive Xbox Series X, with some models rising by more than 40%.

The 512GB Series S now costs €499.99/£429.99, while the disc-drive Series X is €799.99/£669.99.

The hikes make aging Xbox hardware much more expensive and could weigh on consumer demand.
