NVIDIA’s Rubin Ultra Could Hand Intel a Lifeline as UBS Flags EMIB-T Packaging for 4-Chip Variant

UBS says NVIDIA may offer Rubin Ultra in two-chip and four-chip versions.

The four-chip variant could use Intel’s EMIB-T packaging, which Intel is pitching as an alternative to TSMC’s CoWoS.

NVIDIA’s margins through 2027 may depend partly on how Rubin Ultra is configured.
