God of War Laufey release date adds to a crowded February 2027 game lineup

Sony Santa Monica confirmed God of War Laufey launches on PS5 on Feb. 16, 2027.

The game is set in a new direction, centering on Faye after her death rather than Kratos.

SDCC 2026 also revealed faster combat and cast members Deborah Ann Woll and Jack Quaid.

Additional God of War projects featuring Kratos are still in development.
