Vampire: The Masquerade team’s plans after 6th Edition include Mage: The Ascension and Changeling: The Dreaming

At Gen Con 2026, White Wolf said its next World of Darkness projects after Vampire: The Masquerade 6th Edition will include new editions of Mage: The Ascension, Changeling: The Dreaming, and Vampire: The Dark Ages.

Creative director Jess Lanzillo said the new games will build on systems from the latest Vampire edition.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse and Hunter: The Reckoning are lower priority for now because both already have supported 5th Editions.

The plan signals a revival of long-dormant World of Darkness lines and could reshape the franchise’s release roadmap.
