Innosilicon’s LPDDR6 Memory IP Lands at a Major Korean DRAM Maker, as It Unveils GDDR7, HBM4, and PCIe 6.0 Technologies Spanning 28nm to 3nm

Innosilicon said a major Korean DRAM maker is using its LPDDR6 memory controller IP.

The company highlighted LPDDR6 speeds up to 14.4 Gbps and said the IP uses a domestically available toolchain.

It also unveiled a broader portfolio spanning HBM4, GDDR7, DDR5 MRDIMM, PCIe 6.0, and 224G SerDes.

Innosilicon said its IP offerings cover processes from 28nm to 3nm, targeting AI and HPC bandwidth needs.
