GIGABYTE Enables Support For CXMT DDR5 Memory On Its Intel And AMD Motherboards

GIGABYTE has expanded motherboard support for CXMT-made DDR5 memory across its Intel and AMD platforms.

AMD 600/800 series boards gain support via updated BIOS and AGESA 1.3.0.1c firmware, with speeds up to 8200 MT/s.

Intel 700/800 series boards can also use the modules through existing BIOS support.

The wider compatibility comes as DDR5 supply remains tight and prices stay elevated, giving builders more sourcing options.
