NVIDIA Control Panel Is Officially Dead After Two Decades, As The Company Pushes Everyone Onto Its New App

NVIDIA is retiring the classic Control Panel for most Game Ready and Studio drivers after about 20 years.

Users will be directed to the NVIDIA App for graphics and display settings, including 3D and display options.

The old Control Panel will remain on existing systems unless a clean install removes it, and it is still available via the Microsoft Store.

RTX PRO users will continue to get support for now until professional features are fully moved into the NVIDIA App.
