Kai Cenat Is Being Sued

A Bronx man has filed a lawsuit alleging he was assaulted by Kai Cenat’s security detail during the 2025 Dominican Day parade.

The complaint names Cenat, bodyguard Lamont Gilbert, Night, Inc., and an unnamed security contractor as defendants.

The case could expose the Twitch creator and his management team to legal and reputational risk.

It also raises broader questions about event security and liability for use of force.
