DeepSeek CEO Says NVIDIA Is Now “Digging Its Own Grave” Even as 1 NVIDIA GB300 GPU Equals 4 Huawei Acend 950 GPUs

DeepSeek CEO Liang Wenfeng said the company is still facing a major compute shortfall.

He said Huawei’s Atlas 950 SuperPoD could serve as a practical substitute for NVIDIA’s GB300 racks.

Liang added that NVIDIA is losing ground to domestic rivals in China’s AI chip market.

DeepSeek is also focusing more on high-quality data annotation while expanding compute capacity.
