Acer unveils its first Ryzen 9 9955X3D gaming laptop — refreshed Nitro 16 joins new Predator Helios 18 AI and streaming-only Nitro Blaze Link handheld

Acer unveiled two new gaming laptops at Computex 2026: the flagship Predator Helios 18 AI and the refreshed Nitro 16.

The Predator Helios 18 AI pairs Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus with up to Nvidia RTX 5090 graphics and Thunderbolt 5 support.

The Nitro 16 comes with AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX or 9955HX3D, offering up to RTX 5070 Ti graphics.

Acer also introduced the Nitro Blaze Link handheld for streaming, plus a USB-C charging backpack and an 8,000 Hz TKL keyboard.
