Activision confirms Call of Duty Warzone is shutting down on last-gen PlayStation and Xbox

Activision will end Call of Duty Warzone support on PS4 and Xbox One starting June 4.

The game will stop being sold on those older consoles, and in-game purchases will also end.

Warzone will remain playable until Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 launches after the game’s October 23 release.

After that, Warzone will no longer work on PS4 and Xbox One, marking a full shift to current-gen hardware.
