Mistral AI takes on enterprise AI orchestration with Workflows

Mistral AI launched Workflows, a public-preview orchestration layer in Mistral Studio for building Python-based AI processes.

The system adds step-by-step logs, human approval pauses, and employee-triggered execution through Le Chat.

Several major companies, including ASML, ABANCA, CMA-CGM, France Travail, La Banque Postale, and Moeve, are already using it in critical operations.

The move strengthens Mistral’s enterprise push by making AI workflows easier to deploy, supervise, and keep data within customer environments.
