Using GameChat Will Actually Boost Pragmata's Performance On Switch 2

Digital Foundry says Pragmata on Switch 2 can run faster if the GameChat overlay is made smaller.

That reduction appears to lower the display resolution, lifting frame rate from the high 40s/low 50s to around 60fps.

The quirk seems specific to Capcom’s RE Engine game and does not help other tested titles like Layers of Fear.

It highlights an unusual Switch 2 performance behavior where UI size can affect gameplay smoothness.
