Wildcat Lake uses a 1- or 2 P‑Core plus 4 LP‑E core configuration (no Efficient cores), with most SKUs using 2 P‑Core + 4 LP‑E.

LP‑E cores are Cougar Performance and Darkmont; base clocks are 1.5 GHz for P‑Cores and 1.4 GHz for LP‑E cores.

Turbo clocks reach up to 4.8 GHz on P‑Cores and up to 3.6 GHz on LP‑E cores; the flagship Core 7 360 lists up to 4.8 GHz P‑Core Turbo and up to 3.6 GHz LP‑E Turbo.

iGPU has 2x Xe3 cores with GPU turbo up to 2.6 GHz and GPU AI throughput of 9–21 TOPs; the NPU provides 15–17 AI TOPs.
