Ubisoft pulled The Crew offline, and now it's facing a lawsuit

French consumer group UFC-Que Choisir sued Ubisoft after the company shut down The Crew servers in 2024.

The Crew launched in 2014, sold two million copies, and required an internet connection for both single-player and multiplayer.

Stop Killing Games supports the lawsuit and a European Parliament hearing is scheduled for April 16, 2026.
