Video Duplicate Finder is an open-source tool that finds duplicate videos and images by visual similarity rather than filename or hash.

It can detect duplicates across different formats, resolutions, frame rates, and files with watermarks.

Users configure scan folders and exclusion patterns in Settings, then adjust Percent, Duration Difference, and Max sampling duration before scanning.

On Windows, install the GUI release and FFmpeg, copy ffprobe.exe and ffmpeg.exe into the tool folder, then run VDF.GUI.exe and set Database Size to 32x32.
