Romin has launched the ‘Romin AI Ready Package,’ combining its document structuring tool ‘Romin Pass’ and sensitive-data de-identification tool ‘Romin Redact.’

The package converts enterprise documents into AI-ready data and detects and masks personal and sensitive information.

It is designed to minimize data movement from upload to delivery, reducing security risk.

The solution is already being used in a bank’s generative AI data-building project and is offered on-premises, in private cloud, and via SaaS API.

It targets growing demand for AI data use and privacy compliance as generative AI, RAG, and the AI Basic Act drive stronger security needs.
