16-year-old boy rescues 10-year-old child through waves... Trump also awards medal

A 16-year-old lifeguard, Ryder Williams, rescued a 10-year-old child caught by powerful waves and currents at Santa Cruz Seabright Beach in California.

Williams helped the child safely back to shore, and the rescue was captured on video and spread online.

The dramatic save drew national attention, and Donald Trump said he would award Williams a civilian medal.
