SAP launches Joule Work, an AI chatbot that turns questions into action

SAP unveiled Joule Work at Sapphire 2026, a chatbot-style AI workspace that turns employee requests into actions.

The product routes intent to Joule Assistants and Joule Agents to handle tasks across SAP and third-party tools.

It supports web, desktop, mobile, voice, and integrations with Microsoft Teams and Slack.

SAP says broader availability is planned for the second half of 2026.
