Kakao holds 'Kanana Scholar Colloquium' with major universities to discuss advancing AI

Kakao held the “Kanana Scholar Colloquium” at its AI Campus in Yongin with professors and researchers from major Korean universities.

The event covered foundation models, agentic AI, multimodal AI, and safety research, while sharing each university’s LLM and multimodal achievements.

Kakao said the exchange is part of efforts to strengthen its core model and service competitiveness through deeper academic collaboration.
