NVIDIA Co-Founders Donate IEEE Prize Money For Engineering Education

At the 2026 IEEE Honors Ceremony in New York City, Jensen Huang and Chris Malachowsky received major IEEE awards.

Huang was awarded the IEEE Medal of Honor, and Malachowsky received the IEEE Robert N. Noyce Medal.

Both co-founders donated their prize money to IEEE programs for graduate scholarships and hands-on STEM education.

The Jen-Hsun and Lori Huang Foundation added matching support, increasing funding for engineering and TryEngineering initiatives.
