Nvidia Teams Up with the U.S., EU, and South Korea to Expand Humanoid Robot Ambitions Beyond China

Nvidia is expanding its humanoid robotics push with partners in the U.S., Europe, South Korea, and China.

The company unveiled a research-focused humanoid robot platform built with Unitree Robotics, combining Unitree’s body, Sharpa’s hands, and Nvidia’s computing systems.

The platform is aimed at universities and research institutions as Nvidia tries to shape the core AI and software stack for physical robots.

Nvidia said it will add security checks and authenticated software updates to ease concerns about robots linked to Chinese firms.
