Reality Fracture’s wild new Commander deck is one-of-a-kind, MTG designer says

At MagicCon: Las Vegas 2026, Gavin Verhey confirmed he designed Reality Fracture’s only Commander precon, Multiverse Reforged.

The deck is a rare WUBR build with 18 new cards, focused on token generation and twisted alternate-reality creatures.

Wizards said going with one deck helps avoid splitting players’ interest the way some past set releases did.

The unusual product choice could make Multiverse Reforged a standout for both collectors and Commander players.
