DeNA's Tomoko Namba to return as president and CEO

DeNA announced a management reshuffle on May 12, bringing founder Tomoko Namba back as president and CEO.

Current CEO Shingo Okamura will become chairman and focus on external relations with the government, municipalities, and industry groups.

The change is scheduled to be formally approved after the ordinary shareholders’ meeting on June 27.

The move is intended to speed up decision-making and business transformation amid a rapidly changing environment.
