Google I/O 2026: AI subscription tiers are now cheaper

At Google I/O 2026, Google added a new mid-tier AI Ultra plan at $99.99 per month and cut the top-tier price from $250 to $200.

Google’s AI plans now use compute-based usage limits that refresh every five hours, replacing older prompt-count-style caps.

Ultra includes higher limits, Gemini 3.5 Flash, priority access to Google Antigravity, 20TB of storage, and YouTube Premium.

Gemini Spark will be exclusive to Ultra subscribers in a U.S. beta next week.
