Pixel Glow could be a feature that redefines future Pixel phones

Code in Android 17 Beta 4 hints at a new future Pixel feature called Pixel Glow.

It would use subtle lights and colors on the back of the phone to signal notifications when the device is face down.

The feature appears to require dedicated hardware, so it may not arrive until a later Pixel model.

If shipped, Pixel Glow could give Pixel phones a distinctive notification experience and a stronger hardware identity.
